"Kerigold" combines "Keri" from Kerikeri with "gold" - symbolising our gold standard experience and the golden light filtering through our citrus orchard. Kerikeri itself (in te reo Māori) traditionally means "dig dig", referring to the cultivation of kumara in the region's fertile soil.

"The individual chalets are private, secluded and well appointed. A real gem in the heart of Kerikeri. We've stayed many times and the orchard setting is unlike anything else in the Bay of Islands."Sarah M. · TripAdvisor Verified Guest
