This one-time fee covers additional cleaning time and costs, regardless of your length of stay. No hidden charges - just one simple fee per dog for your entire stay.

We welcome smaller, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs. To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain our high standards, we have specific requirements:

  • Larger dog breeds (Labradors, Alsatians, Bulldogs, farm dogs)
  • Shedding dogs
  • Dogs considered menacing breeds by council or authorities
  • Dogs requiring muzzling
  • Cats or other pets (dogs only)

Pet Rules During Your Stay

  • Limited availability: Only selected chalets accept pets - book early to secure a pet-friendly chalet
  • Leash required: Dogs must be on a leash held by an adult while on our grounds at all times
  • Stay with your chalet: Please ensure your dog stays only in your designated pet-friendly chalet
  • Clean up required: Owners must immediately remove any mess left by their dogs
  • Bring your own: Dogs must have their own bed and are not permitted on furniture
  • Keep them clean: Please ensure your pet stays clean during their visit
  • No washing pets: Pets are not to be washed in our bathrooms
  • Protect our linens: Our towels, bath mats, and linen must not be used on pets
  • Take them with you: If you leave the property, your dog must accompany you - no dogs left alone on our property
  • Quiet please: Pets must be kept quiet and not disturb other guests
  • Stay contained: Dogs must not roam the property beyond designated areas

No, if you leave the premises, your dog must accompany you. We do not permit dogs to be left alone on our property. This policy ensures all guests' comfort and prevents any disturbances from barking or anxious pets.
